We require at least 48 hours' notice for all Chemical Hair Services (relaxers, perms, color and Brazilian Blowouts) and 24 hours' notice for all other services.  Please call and leave a voice mail or email us for cancelations and reschedules (by close of business the day prior to your appointment or two days prior for chemical services); if you fail to do so, the listed fees will be charged to the card on file as stated in our cancelation policy. 
Please be advised that by submitting your debit/credit card information and booking your appointment with us, you are are authorizing us to automatically charge fees to the card on file in accordance with our cancelation/rescheduling/rebooking policy.
