Most of us are guilty of wanting to hold on to our hair when it's in its most vulnerable state. Seeing some unhealthy length as opposed to facing a big chop brings us faux, temporary comfort. It's me, I'm talking about ME right now. That beautiful blonde afro that I so proudly wore, KNOWING full well that I was too lazy or busy or tired for the maintenance gave me the split-ends-blues!
Eventually, I had to face the reality of a teeny-weeny-afro. As with everything in life, we really must let go of what does not serve us! I gave myself permission to let go and start again (okay, I might be having a moment here, and it's not just about my hair). I know that every beautiful plant must be pruned for larger, abundant blossoms; I know that to get to Heaven, you gotta walk thru the cemetery (okay, that was dark) and I know that the way back to healthy hair is a proper trim or cut. I'm not going to show you mine because I am three steps north of a bald-head-scallywag; but I will show you the beautiful lady in the IG post, who gave herself permission to let go and start again. Enjoy! ~Namaste

This facial was both beautiful and effective. The goal was maximum hydration and we achieved that (in short) by layering Skin Scripts Ageless (hyaluronic acid) serum; Skin Scripts Citrus-C (cream-based vitamin c) serum; a nourishing hydrating masque, topped with fresh rose petals (also very hydrating) and a steamy towel to lock in all of the goodness. This facial was Perfection!
