Cancelations:
Your appointments are very important to us, and they are reserved especially for you; however, we do understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 48 hours notice for all Facial, Body Treatments and Chemical Hair Services (color, relaxer, perm, Brazilian Blowout) cancelations and reschedules and 24 hours notice for all other services; or the listed fees will be charged to the card on file as stated in our cancelation policy.
Please be advised that by submitting your debit/credit card information and booking your appointment with us, you are are authorizing us to charge your card in accordance with our cancelation/rescheduling/rebooking policies.
Late:
If you are running late, please contact us immediately. We allow a 10 minute grace period for most of our services. This is of course, discretionary. We will do our best to maintain the appointment, but if it becomes an infringement, you may be asked to reschedule and are subject to the aforementioned cancelation/rebooking fees.
